We provide bookkeeping and financial administrative services based on the data provided by the client. The accuracy of financial reports depends on the timely provision of complete information.
Clients are responsible for the final approval of all financial statements and for ensuring that all business activities comply with relevant tax laws.
Fees are agreed upon before work commences. Monthly retainers are payable in advance or on the date specified in your Service Level Agreement (SLA).
While we exercise maximum professional care, PrimeBooks Solutions is not liable for losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the client or third-party software failures.
Either party may terminate services with a 30-day written notice, ensuring all outstanding fees are settled.
